Does Realspace require an internet connection?

Yes, typically Realspace requires an internet connection.

Can I include media and content not created by The Boundary?

Yes! Realspace unifies all your visual content - CGIs, brochures, video, animation, and lifestyle photography - into a single, beautifully organised source of truth for your sales team and their buyers.

Do I need to have a physical Displaysuite/Sales Gallery to use Realspace?

Realspace is designed from the ground up to work in display suites however can also work as an online presentation experience on laptop, desktop or tablet. Realspace also works well when presenting remotely via screen sharing on GoogleMeet, Zoom or Teams.

Can Realspace function without interactive content - ie can it be used with just CGIs/renders & movies?

Yes. Realspace does not require Real-time or Online virtual tours or Digital Twins to function. It can display at a minimum just photos & CGI imagery.

What types of media and content can be displayed within Realspace?

Currently Realspace can display images & brochures in JPG or WebP format, Movies in MP4 or WebM format, online Boundary explore virtual tours, real-time.

Can I set up my own team of users to access Realspace?

Yes. Organization and Project Admin’s have the ability to add and remove users to any Realspace project under your company.

What specific hardware is required to get a Realspace experience up and running in a display suite/sales gallery?

Necessary equipment includes a large 4K LED TV connected to a Windows PC, which must have a hardwired internet connection (not WiFi). Control is managed via a tablet remote with a strong WiFi signal. Exact specifications will be provided.

Can I update the availability and sales status of my inventory?

Yes, Realspace has a built in inventory management system allowing any Organisational and Project Admins to update status to sold, under-contract and more across all of your sales teams.
