iPad App Support

This is our single support address for all regions. Messages are routed through our CRM so they reach the right team for your account automatically — you don't need to pick a region. We aim to respond within one business day.
When you email, please include:
- Your Realspace account email
- The iPad model and iPadOS version
- The mode you're using (Remote, Display, Admin, Insights, or Tool)
- A short description of the problem, and a screenshot if you can
Common Questions
- On the Display iPad, open Realspace and choose Display mode. A pairing PIN will be shown on screen.
- On the Remote iPad, open Realspace and choose Remote mode.
- When prompted, scan the QR code shown on the Display, or enter the PIN manually.
- Both iPads will confirm pairing.
For pairing to work, both iPads must be signed in to the same Realspace account and connected to the internet.
The camera is used only to scan QR codes when pairing a Remote iPad to a Display. We never store, transmit, or otherwise use camera images. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The microphone permission is declared because some web-based features inside Realspace (for example voice walkthroughs) may request it with your explicit permission. The app itself does not record audio.
Region selection (Asia Pacific, US, Europe, Middle East) is fixed at first-run setup to ensure your data stays in one place. To switch regions, uninstall and reinstall the app and choose a different region during setup. Note: you'll need a Realspace account active in the new region.
Check that:
- Both iPad and display are signed in to the same Realspace account
- Both iPad and display are on the same internet connection (the same Wi-Fi network is not required unless Realspace includes a real-time experience, both must be online)- The Display hasn't gone to sleep.
Using the iPad as a Display - Settings → Display & Brightness → Auto-Lock, set to Never for kiosk use
Updates are delivered automatically through the App Store, the same way as any other app.
You can also check manually: App Store → tap your profile → scroll to "Available Updates."
No. Realspace is designed for iPad. We have no plans to release an iPhone version at this time.
