Pillars by Precinct Properties

Precinct Properties latest development Pillars, comprises of 20 Luxury residences, set across two apartment buildings, on an elevated site overlooking the Waitemata harbour & St Mary’s bay in the heart of St Mary's Bay, Auckland New Zealand.

As part of the Display-suite/Sales Gallery, the off-the-plan development is interactively experienced using Realspace through an 85 inch oLED TV directly controlled by the Sales Agent via an iPad remote.

Efficiently a single Realspace interactive virtual tour was created that presents a typical apartment interior showcasing each different finish option including interchangeable view lines from every level & room of the apartment interior. From this single interactive interior 16x units can be visualised.

Multiple CGIs/renders including a high level aerial showing the development within its immediate surroundings & a Marketing Film were also produced to compliment the Realspace virtual tour.

As with all Realspace interactive display suites, Sales Agents can also access an online version of the same experience away from the display suite through a secure login using a laptop, desktop or tablet.
